Your PT session will be personalised to your needs, your location and can be adjusted and improvised depending on how you feel and what you need at each session.

Classes are currently held at The Grove Community Centre in Hammersmith. We are up in the top hall which is bright and sunny and can accommodate a maximum number of 8 wonderful women per session.
Massages to be done at a location of your choice. I will arrive with a bed at least 15 minutes before the massage and will need +- 10 minutes to pack up and head off so please factor in this time.
