Description
Each class is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Yoga conditioning and Mindful exercise. The focus is always on functional exercise to provide you with tools to take into your other classes, training or practices. Every class is different (but always efficient and important) so you might need to be of a flexible nature (but no need for a flexible body!). I am passionate about the importance of having a strong and connected Core so there is always elements of that in every class.
